National Examinations Council of Tanzania: The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) is Government Institution which was established by the Parliamentary Act No. 21 of 1973. National Examinations Council of Tanzania is an agency of the Tanzanian government, headquartered in Dar Es Salaam, that proctors tests given nationally. It manages the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination

To check your exam results, simply follow the steps listed below:

• Open any browser.
• Go to the NECTA website.
• Click on «Results» Or “MATANGAZO TAB”
• Choose PSLE, FTNA, CSEE, QT ACSEE results.

A breakdown of results will be displayed in just but a few seconds depending on your internet speed.

NECTA Roles

• To formulate examinations policy in accordance with the principles of education for self reliance and the education and training policy.
• To ensure responsibility for examinations within the United Republic of Tanzania and to make provision for places and centres for examinations.
