Role purpose:
Responsible for driving exceptional employee experience through delivery
of solutions and operational support, in line with business strategy
within the Reward & HR Services function.
To include responsibility for the range of Reward and Recognition
processes such as pay, incentives, benefits, recognition and policies.
Provides advice and consultancy support on the interpretation of
standardised HR processes and policies, compensation queries, benefits
and other HR transactions.

• Accurate planning and implementation of salary increases, adjustments, promotion cycles and other reward initiatives.

Qualifications AND Experience:
• Degree in Human Resources /Business Administration/Related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.
• Practical experience on HR Information Systems and Rewards.
• Good understanding of global and local compensation principles, methodologies and practices
What you’ll do
Key accountabilities:
Process Expertise
• Drive the culture of process improvement with focus on automation,
self-service, data integrity and excellent service to HR internal
customers.
• Provide advisory services to employees on all HR policies and processes queries to ensure positive employee experience.
• Review HR processes regularly to ensure compliance and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify processes that need re-engineering and take appropriate action.
• Facilitate and lead change management for all HR projects and promote adoption.
HR Systems
• Drive deployment, adoption and accurate usage HR systems in the business.
• Ensure accuracy and in system operations, data integrity, access
roles, and follow up to timely resolution of any identified glitch.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as a liaison to all employee’s third-party service providers and
ensure quality service are offered as per agreed MOU, expectations and
needs.
• Work closely with HRBPs, center of expertise, management and other HR
global stakeholders in Service Centers and technical service desks on
day-to-day HR Operations.

policies and monitor their effectiveness toward achieving our
compensation philosophy.
• Recommend and assist in developing alluring reward initiatives that support company’s and HR priorities and objectives.
• Benchmark Tanzanian market reward and benefits provision and identify opportunities to improve our value proposition.
• Be a focal point across the business for all reward issues and ensure
employees awareness and clarity on individual’s total reward structure.
